JumpStart President Cathy Belk To Speak At “Conservative Thought And Sustainability” Forum In Conjunction With The Republican National Convention
CLEVELAND, OH – On Wednesday, July 20, JumpStart President Cathy Belk will speak at a forum showcasing leading conservative thinkers who focus on environmental sustainability. She will focus on how to build an economy of entrepreneurs and innovators.
The event, organized by the American Sustainable Business Council (ASBC), will be held, 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm, at Cleveland State University (CSU), 1801 Euclid Ave in Cleveland. It is free and open to the public. Reservations are required and may be made here: http://bit.ly/ASBC_RNC_DNC
Richard Eidlin, Vice President of Policy and Campaigns at ASBC said, “As private and public sector initiatives both demonstrate, we can have a more sustainable world without growing government or extensive regulation, while encouraging choice, providing clear pricing signals, and limiting the concentration of power. Through this forum we will explore how conservative thought can enhance sustainable goals and create better public policy.”
In addition to how to build an economy of entrepreneurs and innovators, other panels at the forum will cover business strategies for environmental sustainability as a competitive advantage and conservative policies that enhance national and environmental security.
