CLEVELAND, OH — Keep a positive attitude. That was the advice from the CEO of Hotcards.com, an online design and printing company, at JumpStart’s second annual StartupScaleup event.

John Gadd, who acquired Hotcards with a group of investors in 2012, spoke about the ways that he and his co-workers keep their passions fired up.

Though positive attitudes and a willingness to do whatever it takes, Gadd cast his vision for how to lead others and keep yourself at your peak performance. For him, “Just do it” isn’t just a slogan, it’s a state of mind.
