She assists with software/hardware troubleshooting, PC/Laptop configurations, and system security.

She is also responsible for the monitoring, maintenance, development, and administration of cloud-based software as well as on-prem servers. As JumpStart grows and changes, she collaborates with other teams as new needs are identified, and participates in the innovation and implementation of the best strategies and practices for all IT functions.

Prior to joining JumpStart’s full-time staff, Brittany worked as an IT intern. Brittany received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from Cleveland State University.
