He provides end-user support, hardware and software installation and management, as well as network monitoring and security tasks.

In addition, he is also responsible for maintenance and support on cloud infrastructure and on-premise network administration. Justin assists with keeping the network up and running, and additional related IT responsibilities.

Prior to joining JumpStart’s full-time staff, Justin worked as an intern with the IT team. Justin earned his B.S. in Computer Engineering Technology from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio.
