Prior to joining JumpStart, Matt worked as the Director of Government Affairs and Business Development for Arconic Corporation, a $7 billion Fortune 500 manufacturing company previously known as Alcoa Inc. In this role, he led Arconic’s government incentive program and political action committee, and directed advocacy at the federal level and across more than 20 states. Matt served as Chairman of the Board of Advisors of the Aluminum Association Political Action and on the Association’s Government Affairs Committee.

In addition to his work at JumpStart, Matt serves on Stow City Council. He earned Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration degrees from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University.
