Rayne is also responsible for making referrals within JumpStart, within the Northeast Ohio ESP Network and to our other external services partners.

Prior to Jumpstart, Rayne Interned at Midwest Renewable Energy Association where she promoted the use of renewable energy in St. Louis and the Metro East area through educational events, backing legislation and forming partnerships with local community organizations and municipalities.

Rayne received her Bachelor of Arts in Government and Legal Studies and Africana Studies from Bowdoin College.
