She has extensive nonprofit financial expertise, ranging from large ERP systems to smaller customized homegrown systems, user guide design and training, leadership and managerial functions. Her responsibilities at JumpStart include preparation and review of annual budget, annual audited statements, ongoing budget and financial projections, monthly financial statements, and special financial reports required by funding organizations.

Prior to her time at JumpStart, Dani spent nearly 16 years at Case Western Reserve University, most recently serving as the Assistant Controller. Dani sits on the board of DanceCleveland. In 2014 as a Board member of the Alzheimer’s Association-Cleve Chp, she chaired the Walk to End Alzheimer’s-Cleveland Metropark Zoo, which raised roughly $360K with more than 4,000 walkers.

Dani earned a BA from Cleveland State University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
