He leads program activities, assessment, data collection, testing and communication with all program participants and site managers. He provides instruction and outreach support in this community initiative focused on building digital inclusivity and social mobility for under-resourced communities in Cleveland through state-of-the-art community learning centers. 

Prior to JumpStart, Devin was the Childcare Director of the East End Neighborhood House. During his tenure as Director, Devin implemented early language programs, teaching Swahili to the students and staff at the center. He also partnered with Metro Health and Fifth Third Bank in renovating recreational community spaces such as The Playground and Senior Fitness Space for the Buckeye-Woodhill neighborhood. 

Devin received his Bachelor’s in Communication Studies with a minor in Political Science from Kent State University.
