Jennifer supports the Preferred Service Provider, Burton D. Morgan Mentoring and Educational Services Programs. She oversees all day-to-day operations including the collection and management of all program-related metrics and coordination of agreements. She is responsible for stakeholder engagement and relationships, including training of new participants. She serves as project manager for a variety of single and multi-session workshops for entrepreneurs, managing metrics and recommending/implementing process improvements.
She also provides cross-functional project management and process improvement support to other departments within the organization.
Prior to joining JumpStart, Jennifer supported top-level executives and handled office/project management duties at several area firms, including a wealth advisory firm providing support services to high net-worth individuals, many of whom were successful entrepreneurs.
Jennifer received her PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, she studied human resource management at Cuyahoga Community College and accounting at Myers University.
