Ke’Lani Hall serves as the National Operations Manager at JumpStart Inc., where she leads strategy, execution, and cross-functional operations for national initiatives such as the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business (OMBW: BIB) program. In this role, she serves as a strategic partner to internal and external stakeholders—overseeing scholar logistics, partner coordination, vendor management, and program operations for a national initiative with over 1,300 alumni and cohorts of 300 sole proprietors. Ke’Lani is also responsible for developing and optimizing workflows, spearheading operational excellence, and aligning program design with measurable impact goals.
With a background in venture strategy and scientific research, Ke’Lani works across disciplines to drive innovation. She has experience collaborating with innovators, scientists, entrepreneurs, and subject matter experts to conduct commercial assessments, evaluate emerging technologies, and develop go-to-market strategies. She has supported startups and corporations with market due diligence, strategic recommendations, and stakeholder engagement—including work with the Cleveland Guardians, Eaton, Oatey, and other Fortune 500 companies.
Ke’Lani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with a minor in Physics from Notre Dame of Maryland University.
She brings a data-driven and people-centered approach to her work and is passionate about advancing inclusive entrepreneurship, streamlining operations, and building systems that empower small business owners to grow and thrive.
