With a rich family history of business ownership, Michele possesses a deep appreciation for the entrepreneurial spirit and its transformative power.

Prior to joining JumpStart, Michele leveraged her extensive experience in HR leadership as Vice President of Human Resources at Mindful to build exceptional teams, support business objectives, and cultivate a vibrant company culture. Michele is also a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She champions the power of diverse perspectives in driving innovation and fosters an inclusive work environment where every individual feels valued and empowered.

Michele earned Master’s Degrees in human resource management and business administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. She has served as an adjunct faculty member at John Carroll University and Notre Dame College and as an advisor for the Small Business Development Center at LCCC.
