As part of this work, Haley is responsible for overseeing efforts within JumpStart to connect collegiate talent and tech startups through internship opportunities.

Prior to this role, Haley worked for years within JumpStart’s Advancement team, most recently as Senior Project and Operations Manager responsible for organizing cross-department fundraising efforts and supporting systems updates. In previous roles Haley supported fundraising across corporate, philanthropic, and public partners, all committed to nurturing a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation in Northeast and Northwest Ohio.

Earlier in her career Haley gained experience in fundraising, program management, communications and operations at Junior Achievement of North Central Ohio and gained valuable experience in non-profit economic development at both Mercy Economic Development International Corporation and the Barberton Community Development Corporation.

Haley received her Bachelor of Arts in International and Comparative Politics from the University of Akron.
