He also supports the Network Server Administrator in keeping the network up and running.

Previously, Robert served as Systems Support Technician for the Warrensville Heights ITT Technical Institute where he maintained responsibilities similar to those of his current role at JumpStart. Before launching his career in IT, Robert held several positions in the Ohio Army National Guard, with the most recent being a Platoon Sergeant in the Fort Eustis Warrior Transition Unit. In this role, he oversaw the healing and recovery process of wounded warriors and assisted them with the transition to the next stage of their careers.

Robert received his Associate of Applied Science in Network Systems Administration from ITT Technical Institute.
