Megan works with MCC tenants and guests to ensure successful events and positive experiences at Innovation Hall and all other spaces within the building, and assists her team with venue rentals and accommodations.

Before joining JumpStart, Megan was with Melt Bar & Grilled for more than a decade, where she managed accounts payable and office operations for eleven separate locations. Her responsibilities included training store managers, overseeing banking activities, and streamlining operations during significant growth periods. Prior to her time at Melt, she honed her financial and organizational skills as an Accounts Payable Associate at The Sanson Company. Megan is known for her economic mindfulness and her ability to foster strong relationships, ensuring smooth communication across teams and with our guests.

Outside of work life, Megan enjoys volunteering for UpStage, a local children’s theatre, where she can be found sewing costumes, designing character makeup, and creating magic.
