JumpStart's ScaleReady program is a tactical, tool-forward education series built for established small businesses that are ready to scale with intention.

With an emphasis on financial sustainability, systems, and strategic leadership, the program arms entrepreneurs with the next-level tools, guidance, and frameworks required to grow beyond the founder and into an enduring, profitable, and people-powered business.

Through hands-on sessions, plug-and-play tools, expert coaching, and a $5,000 services stipend, participants will achieve the following outcomes:

  • Audit and strengthen core business functions

  • Create systems for repeatability and delegation

  • Audit and plan for improved profitability

  • Plan for hiring, onboarding, team, and leadership development

  • Complete investor readiness exercises to develop a funding plan and create a Capital Ask deliverable—gaining real proximity to growth capital by program's end

  • Build an actionable dashboard that tracks KPIs, outlines next steps, and integrates systems for future scalability

ScaleReady is ideal for Ohio small business owners generating over $100,000 in annual revenue and dedicated to learning, growing, and scaling their businesses beyond our region.

Classes take place in-person at JumpStart every-other-Wednesday from 9am-12pm, September 3rd through December 17th, 2025
