With more than 25 years of professional experience spanning school districts and Corporate America, Merinda has held dynamic roles as an Administrative/Executive Assistant and Administrative Coordinator.

A proud Cleveland native, she studied Business Management at Indiana Wesleyan University. Her favorite motto, “Love All, Serve All,” reflects her deep commitment to personal growth and uplifting others.

One of Merinda’s most memorable career moments was helping launch Northeast Ohio’s first Hard Rock Rocksino as the Entertainment Coordinator, where she collaborated with iconic artists like Diana Ross, Dolly Parton, Tears for Fears, Babyface, Patty LaBelle, Kenny Rogers, and many more.

Outside of work, she finds joy in crafting, gardening, reading, exploring the outdoors, and traveling with her husband and their three daughters whenever the opportunity arises.
