Sarah leads a high-performing team while ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting to support strategic decision-making. She is passionate about implementing process improvements and building strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen organizational effectiveness.

Prior to joining JumpStart, Sarah spent eight years with Scouting America as a Comptroller and Human Resources Administrator, where she managed financial operations alongside HR functions in a nonprofit environment. She also brings three years of experience in collections within the chemical distribution industry and over eight years in retail banking. Across these roles, she has developed deep expertise in accounting, human resources, nonprofit operations, audit, payroll, and process implementation and maintenance.

Sarah is a CPA candidate currently in progress and holds a SHRM-CP certification. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Tiffin University. She lives in Mentor with her husband, Matt, and their two children.
