Prior to his appointment as Interim CEO, Lorne held several senior leadership roles at JumpStart, including Chief Services Officer and Senior Partner for Services & Deal Flow Management. In these capacities, he led the development and execution of services strategies that supported entrepreneurial service providers across Northern Ohio. His work directly contributed to expanding JumpStart’s statewide relevance and impact, aligning with the organization’s mission to drive economic transformation.

He also held the role of Chief Administrative Officer at Baunfire Athletics, a startup focused on performance-driven sports apparel and taught as an Adjunct Professor at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Lorne holds a JD/MBA from Case Western Reserve University and a BS in Business Administration from Miami University.
