Additionally, she supports grant reporting and ensures compliance with nonprofit accounting standards. She works closely with teams to provide valuable financial insights, assist with audits, and manage the financial aspects of the small business loan program.

Michelle is deeply passionate about supporting entrepreneurs, finding fulfillment in helping business owners succeed through bookkeeping assistance. As an active VITA/TCE Volunteer, she devotes time each year to the Mt. Pleasant community in Cleveland, Ohio, providing free tax preparation services and reinforcing her dedication to giving back.

In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and cooking, often with her mom and sisters, exploring new cuisines and culinary traditions. An avid traveler, Michelle is passionate about immersing herself in new cultures, striving to visit a different continent each year. Asia, in particular, holds a special place in her heart.
