Sydney Evans supports program management, monitoring and evaluation, and alumni engagement for the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business education program.

Before Jumpstart, Sydney worked at a local nonprofit on the data and evaluation team where she supported Salesforce administration, program reporting, and strategic planning. She was also the lead on surveys and feedback analysis for youth workforce and in-school programs where she supported teams in data-driven program improvements.

Sydney attended Kent State University where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology.
