Prior to joining JumpStart, Vivian built a strong foundation in event operations, where she played a key role in developing and strengthening an event rental labor team. She continues to leverage that expertise through contract work in event logistics for festivals and as a venue manager for a variety of venues and film festivals, demonstrating her versatility and passion for creating seamless live experiences.

Vivian holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Media and a Master’s degree in Media Management, both from Ohio University, with a specialized focus in digitization and archival production. Her academic background reflects a deep commitment to preserving and advancing media in meaningful ways, complementing her hands-on experience in events and guest services.
