From governing the rapidly expanding use of artificial intelligence in hospitals to advancing stroke rehabilitation, preventive women’s health and treatments designed to preserve vision, the newest Trailblazer HealthTech Accelerator cohort is tackling challenges across nearly every corner of health care.

JumpStart’s Trailblazer HealthTech Accelerator supports pre-seed and seed-stage startups developing innovative health care technologies. Over three months, participating companies work alongside entrepreneurs-in-residence, subject matter experts and industry leaders to strengthen their regulatory, clinical, reimbursement and commercialization strategies while preparing for venture capital investment.

Each company also receives access to non-dilutive expert services through JumpStart’s Preferred Partner Program to support critical business and product development needs.

Following an in-depth screening and review process, 10 startups were selected for Cohort 6. Meet the companies joining the accelerator:

Asher Informatics PBC | Aaron Sullivan, John Kalafut, Charlotte Kalafut

Asher Informatics is developing a health AI governance platform that helps hospitals build the policies, processes and monitoring infrastructure needed to deploy clinical AI responsibly at scale. The company has funded pilots underway at two academic medical centers, an integration agreement with a leading Global health technology company, and a $1.9 million sales pipeline.

Tectonic Health | Alex Kunz

Tectonic Health offers an Intelligent Primary Care model that uses Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver in-home, at-the-office, and on-the-job-site primary and urgent care to employees and their household to help employers reduce their healthcare spending. Tectonic Health is currently live in three regions in Pennsylvania and continues to rapidly expand across Pennsylvania and into Ohio.

Selah Health is a preventive women’s health and hormonal intelligence platform that combines blood work and wearable data to help women better understand their bodies. Built on the belief that health and community belong together, Selah provides personalized, hormone-aware guidance focused on cardiovascular and metabolic longevity.

Caliber Learning | David Kenney

Caliber Learning is a clinical competency platform designed to measure and strengthen physician performance from oral board preparation through career-long assessment. The company has served hundreds of surgery residents and is currently partnered with 35 general surgery residency programs.

Bisc Therapeutics, Inc. | Elizabeth Berezovsky

Bisc Therapeutics is developing a first-in-class Bax inhibitor designed to preserve vision in patients with age-related macular degeneration, glaucoma, and other inherited retinal disorders. Delivered through a quarterly sustained-release intravitreal implant, the therapy targets a key convergence point in retinal cell death rather than upstream complement pathways. The company’s patented technology seeks to prevent blindness in millions of patients and dramatically improve the quality of life for those at risk of vision loss.

ClarityComply is a sterile processing workflow platform that guides technicians through instrument manufacturer instructions in real time while capturing step-level documentation of each decision. Built by a founder with 20+ years of sterile processing experience, the platform integrates with existing tracking systems to help health care facilities strengthen compliance and consistency.

Cohera Health | Madhukar Srivastava

Cohera Health is developing an AI-powered voice and documentation platform for outpatient clinics that can answer calls, triage patients and draft clinical notes. The company is conducting active pilots with ARC Health and Beacon, is in discussions with Hospital for Special Surgery and has raised $500,000 from angel investors.

Evidara Health | Ritu Rajan

Evidara Health is developing AI-enabled treatment decision support for precision specialty care, beginning in ophthalmology. The platform combines longitudinal, multimodal data to predict how individual patients will respond to different therapeutic options and inform treatment pathways. Evidara aims to help healthcare providers make more personalized treatment decisions to improve clinical outcomes and the economics of care.

Oro Muscles gives rehabilitation and performance professionals real-time insight into how muscles activate, compensate and fatigue during movement. The wearable muscle-guidance platform is currently in use with leading global sports organizations as well as in clinics specializing in post-operative rehabilitation.

Reneural Technologies Limited | Victor Harabari

Reneural Technologies is developing an extended reality neuro-rehabilitation platform that enables stroke survivors to complete high-dose motor therapy in the clinic or at home while clinicians remotely program and oversee treatment. The platform is currently live at three NHS and private sites, with six additional locations preparing to launch.

The cohort will spend the coming months refining their strategies, building connections and preparing to present their progress to investors and industry leaders at the Trailblazer HealthTech Accelerator Startup Showcase on December 10.
