CentroVilla25, a 32,000-square-foot warehouse turned community space in Cleveland’s historic Clark‑Fulton neighborhood, celebrated its official grand opening on May 30–31.

The celebration has been a long time coming. After more than a decade of planning and a multi‑million-dollar build-out CentroVilla, which translates to the “center of the village,” is now open to the public.

In 2023, together with the Northeast Ohio Hispanic Center for Economic Development and the city of Cleveland, JumpStart made an initial investment to help close funding gaps and kept momentum moving.

Now, in partnership with the Hispanic Business Center, JumpStart facilitates business development services designed to help bi-lingual entrepreneurs start and scale their business ventures right here in Northeast Ohio.

JumpStart’s 20-year legacy of delivering business growth services and fostering economic development aligned naturally with CentroVilla25’s goal of incubating small businesses owned by Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs to build wealth and drive inclusion from within.

Educational programs such as JumpStart’s Impacto Program, a Spanish-language small business accelerator, are now held exclusively at CentroVilla25.

“CentroVilla25 is more than just a building, it’s a springboard for bi-lingual entrepreneurs who often lack access to traditional resources and support,” says JumpStart Deal Flow Analyst Mery Sanchez. “Hosting our accelerator here means participants are surrounded by culture, community and opportunity each week.”

For 12 weeks, bi-lingual entrepreneurs learn how to overcome key business challenges like digital marketing to managing operations. In addition to building industry-specific skills, Impacto participants receive accounting services and grant capital to help grow their businesses.

JumpStart is a proud champion of the idea that innovation and community-rooted entrepreneurship are the foundation of a thriving economy. At CentroVilla25, that vision comes to life. It is so much more than a marketplace—it’s a vibrant hub for business, culture and opportunity.

CentroVilla25 is now home to over a dozen vendor kiosks in the food hall and mercado, offering cuisine from Mexico to Venezuela to Puerto Rico, and beyond, a rentable commercial kitchen and gathering spaces. CentroVilla25 is open Tuesday through Saturday from 8am to 8pm and Sunday from 8am to 6pm.
