In her role, Camille focuses on building strategic relationships that create pathways to funding, sponsorship, investment, expertise and other resources for JumpStart and the entrepreneurs it serves. Her work sits at the intersection of business development, relationship building and ecosystem strategy, connecting partners with meaningful opportunities to support entrepreneurship and inclusive economic growth.

Prior to transitioning into her current role, Camille served as JumpStart’s Director of High Growth Services, where she led the development of programs and initiatives designed to help established small businesses strengthen their financial infrastructure, increase access to capital and prepare for sustainable growth. Her work included the creation of initiatives such as Bridge to Bankability, which evolved into CapitalReady.
