Cara supports the Development Department to continuously improve business systems, processes, and operations of core support functions to advance the mission of the organization.

Prior to joining JumpStart, Cara was the Manager of Development Operations at Holden Forests & Gardens. She has also been employed at Saint Joseph Academy, American Red Cross of Northeast Ohio and the International Rett Syndrome Foundation. She brings expertise in nonprofit CRMs, data management, prospect research analysis and quality control systems.

Cara received her B.A. in Communications from Kent State University.
