As JumpStart’s first Chief Revenue Officer, Terri leads efforts to identify new growth opportunities, deepen strategic partnerships and align fundraising, earned revenue, marketing and external engagement to advance JumpStart’s work across Ohio.

Prior to joining JumpStart, Terri held senior leadership roles at the Cleveland Foundation, where she led philanthropy initiatives, gift planning and professional advisor relations. She also brought executive leadership to For Members Only Federal Credit Union®, where she helped launch and grow a digital banking platform, and spent nearly two decades with National City Corporation (Now PNC), gaining expertise in nonprofit business services, commercial banking, private banking and both wealth and relationship management.

Known for her relationship-centered leadership style, Terri is committed to forging the partnerships that create opportunities for entrepreneurs and drive economic vitality for communities across Ohio.

Terri earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University.
