Throughout her career, Tina has expanded her expertise, demonstrating a relentless drive for learning and a passion for building high-performing teams. She has worked with influential organizations such as Heartland Payment Systems, Hyde Park, and S&P Data, contributing to their success with her expertise and dedication.

For the past three years, Tina has served as an HR Manager in the manufacturing sector, further strengthening her leadership and problem-solving abilities. She also brings a strong technological background, with hands-on experience in various payroll and HRIS systems, timekeeping tools, and even teaching beginner Excel courses.

Tina is currently attended Bryant & Stratton College currently pursuing an (AAS) in Human Resources Specialist. In addition to her HR career, Tina runs a small business as a Microblading Artist, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and creativity.
