Every business has intellectual property (IP), in one form or another. Protecting IP is important, but it can be expensive. With startups, every dollar matters, so deciding whether and how to spend funds on IP protection should be determined in the early stages of a new business. This session will cover IP protection including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Our presenter is Jake Ward, experienced intellectual property attorney.
